Expert loving in home Assistance & Care for our clients is our #1 priority!
Our mission is to guarantee a better quality of life for our seniors and their families by providing reliable and affordable home care services. This ensures that all of our clients' lives continue to be independent, comfortable, and safe while receiving top quality in-home care and companionship services. We are a trusted and respected organization that takes a responsible role in supporting our clients and their families and our community.
The demand for home health care services is on the rise in the United States, driven by an aging population and a push by private and government insurers to reduce hospital stays and costs. That being said we want to see that seniors are treated fairly. We take pride in providing the most affordable home care for seniors while your loved one can remain at home in their own comfortable environment rather than institutional living. We improve your life by providing compassionate, courteous, one-on-one care. It is also our goal to employ friendly, dependable, multi-disciplinary, diversified and highly trained staff who are dedicated and committed to hard work and willing to learn to overcome challenges and meet all your loved one's needs. Making sure they get the help needed to stay in their homes & communities as long as possible.

"In my 20+ years in the healthcare industry working as a volunteer, nurse and administrative staff with various organization such as GBMC, Medstar, Erickson Oakcrest and several others, I've learned how important it is to show tenderness, compassion., patiences, care, empathy and encouragement. As it is said "People may not remember what did for them but they will always remember how you made them feel" This is one of my favorite quotes. It speaks to who we are and what A Heart for Seniors is all about.
I was born and raised in Baltimore.
I attended College here in Maryland.
I am a wife, mother, caregiver, nurse, business owner and friend.
I started A Heart for Seniors in 2/2018 thinking of the loving relationship I had for & with my grandparents Drew & Sallie Oglesby. When I was a child visiting them in Georgia I experienced some of the best times of my childhood. Life was much slower back then. I always loved the long walks & talks with my grandfather on their farm. I loved sitting at my grandmother feet while she would tell me stories of her growing up and marrying my grandfather. I also loved her good food and helping her prepare it.
There was so much love in those times. Recalling those times and love shared I started the agency A Heart for Seniors
My grandparents & parents are at the foundation of who we are. Our purpose is to assist seniors. 💜
